Later this week, the transfer window will formally open, and Arsenal, Chelsea, and Tottenham are all anticipated to be busy.

Declan Rice is thought to be the Gunners’ top transfer target, and rumours in Germany indicate the midfielder’s transfer to the Emirates is “done deal” — Bayern Munich are reportedly keen. They are allegedly also keeping tabs on Timothy Castagne of Leicester City elsewhere.

A new goalkeeper is rumored to be on the horizon for Chelsea. Andre Onana of Inter Milan is reportedly the top priority in that regard, and a sizable offer of a swap deal involving Romelu Lukaku and Kalidou Koulibaly may be on the horizon.
