Wataru Endo and Szoboszlai Finally Revealed brutal Liverpool statement admission on when he intends To sign liverpool contract, jurgen Klopp Was…

Wataru Endo opens up about his summer transfer and makes a brutally honest revelation about Liverpool.

Waturo Endo, who moved to Anfield this summer after spending three years at Stuttgart, has talked about his move to Liverpool and how the transaction came about.

Waturu Endo, who nearly gave up on getting out of Stuttgart, has acknowledged that his £16 million summer transfer to Liverpool “surprised” him.

After Jordan Henderson and Fabinho left for Saudi Arabia in mid-August, the 30-year-old became Liverpool’s third summer acquisition.

After players like James Milner, Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, and Naby Keita left earlier in the summer, Endo strengthened the midfield for the Reds by joining Alexis Mac Allister and Dominik Szoboszlai at Anfield.

Endo signed a four-year deal on Merseyside and made his debut as a substitute in the 3-1 win over Bournemouth.

He made his first start a week later as Liverpool beat Newcastle 2-1. In total, Endo has made 11 appearances for Liverpool, scoring one goal which came in the Europa League against Toulouse.

Speaking to Sky Sports, Endo opened up on his move and revealed he didn’t expect to join the Reds. He said: “I thought I still had the chance to talk to a team.

I’m not young but all of the top teams can sign youngsters in the first position but if they didn’t get the chance to sign the young players maybe they want experienced players.

“That’s what I was thinking in the summer, and that actually happened. I was a bit surprised.

I really wanted to move but it was the end of August and I was like, maybe I don’t get the chance. I was a bit surprised.

After an impressive debut, Endo’s second appearance against Newcastle proved to be a whole lot tougher.

Although Liverpool had to play for more than an hour with 10 men following Virgil van Dijk’s red card, they rallied to come from behind to win 2-1 thanks to Darwin Nunez’s late brace.
