Update news: Predicted Liverpool lineup against Brentford, as two incredible liverpool players are suspended

When Brentford visits Anfield on Sunday, Wataru Endo will start for Liverpool instead of Alexis Mac Allister, who is suspended.
In the last two games, Liverpool has lost in every competition. Following a draw with Luton Town in the Premier League, Toulouse proved to be the opponent for Jurgen Klopp’s team in the Europa League.

When Liverpool welcomes Brentford to Anfield on Sunday afternoon, supporters will be hoping for a forceful response from the players. Andrew Robertson will not be available for the Reds due to his injury from shoulder surgery.

It is unlikely that Thiago Alcantara will make a comeback in the upcoming weeks as he is still rehabilitating from his groin injury. Long-term absenteeism also affects Stefan Bajcetic. Alexis Mac Allister is suspended after receiving five yellow cards, and Curtis Jones is out due to a hamstring injury. Jones and Thiago received updates from Klopp during his pre-game press conference.

“Curtis had a hamstring last week,” stated Klopp. Not enormous. He will return, but not before the international break. It’s a really low grade.

“It’s an ongoing thing, and we cannot put any kind of pressure on,” he continued regarding Thiago. We anticipate his return, which I believe is likely in the beginning of the New Year. It seems reasonable to try that.

Liverpool will probably line up in their typical 4-3-3 configuration, with Alisson Becker starting in goal. The two full-backs, Trent Alexander-Arnold and Kostas Tsimikas, will be used to assist in the attack. At the center of the defense will be Virgil Van Dijk and Ibrahima Konate.

In the absence of Mac Allister, Wataru Endo is likely to anchor the midfield here. Ryan Gravenberch and Dominik Szoboszlai will start alongside him, and the two players will look to add creativity and drive to the side.

Darwin Nunez will look to get on the score sheet and he is expected to lead the line for the home side against Brentford. Finally, Mohamed Salah and Luis Diaz should start on either side of him. So, Cody Gakpo and Diogo Jota will be options on the bench for Klopp later in the game.

Predicted Liverpool XI: Alisson; Alexander-Arnold, Konate, van Dijk, Tsimikas; Gravenberch, Endo, Szoboszlai; Salah, Nunez, Diaz
