UNBELIEVABLE: Daniel Farke ‘shocked’ £11m 20 goals ‘Attacker’ as Star pushed for move from Elland Road…

A £11 million player reportedly left Elland Road this summer, shocking Daniel Farke.

Daniel Farke, the manager of Leeds United, was shocked to learn that Maximilian Wober would be departing Elland Road this summer.

According to a report from The Athletic, the 25-year-old made a commitment to the team despite being relegated back to the Championship.

However, the situation took a dramatic turn which saw the defender approach Farke just 24 hours before a pre-season friendly against Monaco.

The Austrian informed the Leeds manager that he had changed his stance on his future, accepting a loan offer from German side Borussia Monchengladbach.

Life without Wober at Elland Road

Despite the departure of Wober, Farke’s side don’t seem to be missing the Austrian – keeping four clean sheets in their last five games.

As Leeds looks to return right away to the top division, Joe Rodon, Liam Cooper, Pascal Struijk, and Sam Byram have all performed admirably in the backline for the club thus far this season.

Despite all the departures at Elland Road this summer, the new Leeds manager deserves praise for his efforts in putting together a team that can compete for promotion to the Premier League.

They may have experienced a setback by losing to Southampton at the weekend, but they have a fantastic opportunity to recover today against QPR.

Leeds wants to finish in the top six tonight.
In the event that Farke’s team defeats QPR by more than two goals, they may find themselves sitting in the top six with one game remaining before the next international break.

They are playing a team that is currently in the relegation zone and is having difficulty.

Joel Piroe and Georginio Rutter, for example, have a terrific chance to build on their recent success and help Leeds get back into the promotion race tonight.

At Elland Road, injuries have long been a problem.

Tyler Adams’ hamstring injury last season may have played a significant role in Leeds’ fall in the Premier League from April to May.

The USMNT captain was ruled out for the season and the midfield unravelled after that, and now the 24-year-old moved elsewhere and the mood has totally changed on Adams’ Leeds ‘legacy.

What’s going on at Bournemouth with Adams?
Adams’ treatment plan at the start of the season was hamstring rehabilitation, first at Thorp Arch and then at Bournemouth after his £23 million transfer was finalized in August.

He finally made his debut for the Cherries in the EFL Cup last week in a home clash against Stoke City, coming off the bench in a routine 2-0 win.

Andoni Iraola confirmed during the game that the midfielder will be sidelined “for some time” due to a flare-up in the same hamstring.

Did Leeds realize this might be a problem?
Now that Adams was nearing an injury comeback, Leeds were fully aware that this might have been the case, according to The Athletic’s Phil Hay.

Prior to pulling the plug due to concerns over this injury, Chelsea had initially agreed to sign the US player.

Hay wrote this in response to Leeds’ ongoing concerns about Adams.
