Argentina and AS Roma forward Paulo Dybala has reacted to the news that Alexis Mac Allister is now a Liverpool player after his move to Anfield — worth $44m (£35m/€41m) according to Fabrizio Romano — was confirmed.


In response to Mac Allister, Dybala and another of his international teammates, Spurs defender Cristian Romero, posted a reply on Instagram with clapping emojis.

“Excellent character, enormous contribution, and elite mentality. Gutted to see you go, but it’s been an honor to play with you,” Brighton’s Adam Lallana, a former Liverpool player, wrote on social media. “The #BHAFC will have plans for what happens next, as always.
