Latest Nottingham Forest news from NottinghamshireLive includes Burnley’s predicted XI to face the Reds at the City Ground.
Nottingham Forest will return to home action on Monday night when they take on Burnley at the City Ground (7:45pm).
Steve Cooper’s side claimed their second win of the campaign at Chelsea before the international break.
After 13 summer signings, several players are yet to make their debuts.
As for Burnley, they have lost their opening three games to Aston Villa, Manchester City and Tottenham respectively.
Ahead of the clash, Vincent Kompany will be without defender Hjalmar Ekdal, winger Darko Churlinov and striker Michael Obafemi.
However, the Clarets will be boosted by the return of Vitinho and Aaron Ramsey while Anass Zaroury is also available after serving a three-match ban.
With that said, NottinghamshireLive looks at Burnley’s predicted XI…
In goal, the former City shot-stopper James Trafford has been the Clarets’ number one choice.
He will be supported by a backline of four consisting of Connor Roberts, Dara O’Shea, Jordan Beyer and Ameen Al-Dakhil.
In midfield, Josh Cullen is set to return to the fold after representing Ireland during the international break.
He could supported by Sander Berge who impressed off the bench against the Reds in the cup.
Loan signing Mike Tresor could make his debut on the right wing, with Luca Koleosho operating on the left.
In attack meanwhile, Lyle Foster and Zeki Amdouni will lead the line.

After watching back the celebration following his goal against Burnley, James Maddison had admitted that he got âwhiplashedâ on the head by Cristian Romero.
Maddison has settled in very quickly at Tottenham, having already become quite a popular member of the changing room.
The attacking midfielder is part of the clubâs new leadership group, having been appointed as one of the vice-captains and is already developing a bit of bromance with captain Son Heung-min.
The attacking midfielder also appears to have become close with his fellow vice-captain, Cristian Romero, who smacked the midfielder on his head following his strike against Burnley two weeks ago.
The centre-back is certainly no stranger to striking his teammates affectionately during celebrations and the 26-year-old was his latest victim.
Cristian Romero is back at it with the head smacks
Maddison saw the clip and read a comment from a supporter which read: âObligatory smack on the head by Romeroâ, following which the former Leicester star said: âI actually thought at the time, because I was mid-celebration I didnât really feel it, but I felt like a little bit of a whiplash on my neck.
âI assume from what a couple of the fans have said and what people have said that he gets quite aggressive in celebrations. If you actually watch the clip again, I proper get whiplashed from him, my head goes flying down.â
