The Indiana Fever have extended a warm welcome to guard Lexie Hull as the team prepares for the 2025 WNBA season. Despite training camp not beginning until April 28, Hull was spotted practicing at Gainbridge Fieldhouse, and the Fever shared her return on social media with a simple yet heartfelt message: “Welcome back, Lexie Hull.”
Hull, entering her fourth WNBA season, was drafted by the Fever sixth overall in the 2022 draft. Over her first three seasons, she’s primarily served as a role player, averaging 4.7 points, 2.3 rebounds, and 1.0 assists in 18 minutes per game. Despite not being a primary star, Hull’s consistent contributions have made her an important piece of the Fever’s rotation.
During the offseason, Hull played in the new three-on-three Unrivaled league, where she helped her team, Rose, win the championship. In 14 games, she averaged 11.5 points, 3.0 rebounds, and 1.6 assists, showing growth and improvement in her game.
Hull and the Fever will open their 2025 campaign on May 17 against the Chicago Sky, with the game scheduled for 3 p.m. ET on ABC. Fans are eager to see how Hull and her teammates will build off their strong finish to the 2024 season.
