The 23-year-old is reportedly close to joining Tottenham Hotspur after passing his medical.
According to Fabrizio Romano, Tottenham and Solomon currently have a verbal agreement in place.
Personal terms have been agreed upon, and Solomon will get checked out soon.
Solomon returned to London as a permanent player after spending the previous season on loan with Fulham.
For Fulham last season, the 23-year-old only made four starts in Premier League games and was more at home on the
bench.
Tottenham must have seen huge potential in the 23-year-old though and ready to pounce with what could be a controversial
deal.
Tottenham Hotspur has been threatened by Shakhtar Donetsk because Manor Solomon Solomon is still legally held by the
Ukrainian team.
Due to FIFA regulations following the situation in Ukraine, the Israel international was entitled to suspend his contract and
join Fulham last season.
FIFA affirmed their initial judgment, and now that the loan is complete, Solomon may once more have his contract
suspended.
Solomon is now joining Tottenham as a free agent because his contract is set to expire in December, as Romano points out.
To the contrary, Shakhtar’s CEO Sergei Palkin warned ESPN in March that Tottenham would be sued if they attempted to
sign Solomon for nothing.
Palkin thinks that Shakhtar is being treated unfairly and that the club will lose money if his contract is suspended.
Spurs have a friendly match against Shakhtar that is “dedicated to the people of Ukraine,” notwithstanding Palkin’s warning.
Solomon might be able to go without a hitch if Tottenham and Shakhtar are currently on friendly terms.
The’very explosive’ Jamie Redknapp-praised winger Solomon will join Celtic star Liel Abada as the latest Israeli to play for
Ange Postecoglou.

Many of those players, from Jan Vertonghen to Kieran Trippier, have now departed, as only a few, such as Harry Kane, Son

Winks in the Championship
At the start of last season, not many would have predicted Winks and Leicester City to be in the Championship 12 months
later.
But here they are and they both need to pick themselves up again.
The Foxes are going to be one of the favourites, if not the favourites, to make a return to the Premier League next season,
and if it happens, then it will help Winks’ career as he comes into his peak years.
