Breaking News: Stefanos Tsitsipas Makes Brutally Honest Admission About Dating a Pro Tennis Player was Due To…

Stefanos Tsitsipas claims dating a pro tennis player was something he never thought would happen but then Paula Badosa came into his life and now he is a very happy man.

During last year’s French Open, Badosa came to watch one of Tsitsipas’ matches – which instantly drew major interest and sparked dating rumors. And to no one’s surprise, they confirmed their relationship a couple of days later.

Since then, Tsitsipas and Badosa have spoken very highly of each other numerous times, despite having a very short split this past May.

“Having a beautiful, successful woman is not part of the game. I never thought I would date a tennis player and now I feel lucky. We have a lot to learn from each other, in this shared journey,” Tsitsipas told Downtown magazine.

Tsitsipas happy Badosa is able to continue her career

Just around the time the two started dating, Badosa sustained a back injury which has since been diagnosed as a chronic issue. When it was diagnosed as chronic in March, the 26-year-old Spaniard said she would undergo new treatment but also suggested that at best, she would be able to play only three or four more years.

So far, Badosa’s back has been responding well to the treatment and she made the Wimbledon round-of-16 in her last tournament.

In Tsitsipas’ mind, the ideal scenario would see him and Badosa achieve their tennis dreams but also have a very happy life outside the courts.

“My girlfriend suffered a lot from an injury, I could see her resilience. But those days are behind us. She has recovered and I am also in a very good mental state, knowing how to prioritize things,” Tsitsipas added.

“I want to manage things to live a balanced life, with success on and off the court.”
