According to reports, three Premier League teams have discussed a trade for midfielder Gustavo Hamer,
who has ties to Leeds United.
The aggressive Coventry City player is apparently a target for the Whites, despite reports from TEAMtalk
that Fulham, Burnley, and Nottingham Forest are interested in signing him.
According to the article, Coventry, who acquired Hamer from PEC Zwolle in 2020, might receive a deal
for him worth approximately £16 million. Since then, he has played for the Sky Blues in 130 games and
appeared in the Championship play-off final from the previous season.
He has one year remaining on his contract, therefore Coventry may be tempted to collect a fee for him
this summer rather than risk losing him on a free transfer following the expiry of his deal.

Report: Soumaïla Coulibaly still wants to leave Borussia Dortmund after failed Burnley transfer
Soumaïla Coulibaly wants to leave Borussia Dortmund this summer, and his representatives are now
looking for alternatives after his failed move to Burnley.
Borussia Dortmund defender Soumaïla Coulibaly was on the verge of joining Burnley and had already
undergone medical tests before the transfer fell through earlier this week. There was a disagreement
between the two clubs over the mandatory buy clause that would have come into effect at the end of the
loan spell, causing the proposed move to collapse.
The Black and Yellows were hoping to receive a total fee in the region of 17.5 million euros from
Coulibaly’s sale. But the move has now fallen through, and it remains to be seen what the future holds
for the young defender.
Coulibaly made his return to training at Borussia Dortmund on Friday morning. But according to Ruhr
Nachrichten, the 19 year old still wants to leave the club this summer and his representatives are now
working to find an alternate solution for him.
Soumaïla Coulibaly has been limited to just two first-team appearances for Borussia Dortmund since
joining the club on a free transfer from Paris Saint Germain in 2021. The French centre-back’s progress
since joining BVB has been hampered by injury problems and the high competition for places in the
first-team.
