‘My brother’: Didier Drogba sends shocking message to £34m Liverpool player after Crystal Palace win yesterday

Following Liverpool’s victory over Crystal Palace, Mohamed Salah received a message from Didier Drogba on Twitter.

In a 2-1 comeback victory at Selhurst Park, the 31-year-old attacker created history by scoring his 200th goal for the Reds. Harvey Elliott scored the game’s winning goal late on.

Additionally, Drogba, a veteran of Chelsea and the Premier League, praised Salah on Twitter for his goal that broke all records. Six years prior, the striker had predicted that the winger would be successful at Liverpool.

And on Twitter, Chelsea and Premier League legend Drogba lauded Salah for his record-breaking goal, with the striker predicting six years ago that the winger would succeed at Liverpool.

Signed for £34m, Salah has been one of the best attackers in the world since making the move back to England via Liverpool, with the winger now a legend at Anfield.

And after hitting 200 goals in all competitions for the Reds, there’s no telling how far Salah’s legacy could now reach with Liverpool once he calls time on Merseyside.

Indeed, the Egyptian winger is one of the best attackers the Reds have ever seen in the Premier League winner, and Salah’s achievements have been nothing short of historic for Liverpool.

And Salah is now nothing more than a legend at Liverpool, with the attacker’s reputation one of the greatest and most respected that any player has had in recent years with the club.

Whilst this might be the winger’s final year with Liverpool, Salah will depart Anfield a legend, with many fans holding a special place for the attacker already.
